Dear Readers (if I have any left ;) ):

I have deleted all Rose and Thorn posts on this blog.  Why?  Because no matter how hard I try, I cannot write Dan's & Rose's story in as copasetic manner as I'd prefer.  Student/Teacher stories are tough to navigate, and no matter how I roll the dice- even with Dan being young and Rebekah being 18- my conscience nags me every step of the way.

Also, I'd like my kids to read my stories without feeling odd about them. I can just picture them reading The Rose & The Thorn, and thinking, "EW! My mom wrote a student/teacher romance!?"

Many of you don't have a problem with Dan & Rebekah's scenario, and given the right conditions, neither do I; but I have a responsibility toward my children and my younger readers.

But never fear.  I have been conjuring stories that won't make me feel like a terrible role model.  Also, I'd like to start reviewing certain movies and TV shows.  My approach is different than most, so I hope you'll read what I have to say.

Thank you for hanging in there, waiting for more chapters that haven't come in years (in part because I became a mother of THREE), only to receive this message.
